Donna (McKenney) Welch, LCSW

Donna is a Native of Maine, a graduate of The University of New England, holds a License in Clinical Social Work and is the Owner and Operator of Healthy Healing Counseling, Inc. She has spent the passed 35 years working within her community in the Social Work Field where she has developed specialty skills in: Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Couples Therapy and Skills Group Therapy. Donna also specializes in Trauma, working with Individuals and Families with issues such as: Family violence, Divorce, Sexual Abuse, Death and other related traumas.

Skills Groups are taught weekly to help the individual heal from their trauma and Donna walks closely with them through out their journey of recovery. Anxiety, depression and anger can paralyze a person from getting help. Reach out, help is here for you!

Molly M. Eldredge, LCPC

With a background in both Social Work (BASW from University of Maine) and Counselor Education (M.Ed. from University of Maine) Molly has over 20 years of experience in the combined fields and a lifetime of personal experience that has prepared her for the work that she does with people every day. 

As a fully licensed LCPC, Molly uses a wide variety of treatment modalities (cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed, humanistic, existential, and others) and techniques (journaling, life story writing, bibliotherapy, cognitive restructuring, progressive muscle relaxation, therapeutic breathing, gestalt exercises, functional analysis, symptom tracking and more). Molly has treated a wide variety of mental health and substance abuse problems, i.e., depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, mood disorders, opioid dependence, alcohol use disorders, and more.
